I have attended 5 Star Fitness in Scottsdale for the number of weeks and found the trainers and people to be very friendly and helpful. Every time I needed guidance or help, Connor or another staff member was there with an answer. I am proud to say with their help and guidance I lost 12 pounds in weight and 10% body fat!! while adding 2 pounds of lean muscle. I really can't recommend them more. Everyone is busy and work is crazy. I get it time is a commodity with relationships, kids, work, family and friends to deal with. Where is the time? Well, if you don't make the time now well then when will it be time? Just turn up and each time it gets easier because you will want to be there. The mirror never lies. Again, they are good people with positive attitudes which are contagious to be around. Just the positive attitude and the "can do attitude" stays with you all day.
