They attempted to overcharge for a lock change, despite initially quoting a total service charge starting at $130. On top of that, the receptionist was rude and unhelpful.

I will not attempt to use their services again in the future and I would recommend contacting other locksmiths in the area who offer better pricing and are transparent about their costs.

I will also be reporting them to the BBB.
