I called and talked to Eric, I told him what I needed done, he said not a problem he was busy at the moment but would get me prices right away and call back in an hour or so. I waited 24 hours from the original call, I called back again Eric said he would get right on it and get me prices and give a time frame, he would call back in a few minutes! He never called. Northstar locksmith or Able locksmith always perform! Eric sucks and as his business names says find a better locksmith like northstar or able
