I’ve been a member of this gym since they first opened in 2024, but unfortunately my experience has gone downhill significantly.
A while ago, my belongings were stolen at the gym, and what’s been even more disappointing is the complete lack of support afterward. The police informed me they couldn’t proceed further because the gym refused to provide a statement. It’s extremely frustrating to feel like the business isn’t willing to assist when something like this happens within their facility.
On top of that, there are ongoing issues that make the environment feel poorly managed:
- The lockers are not functional, so members have no secure place to store their belongings
- The bathrooms are consistently filthy
- Weights are always scattered everywhere, making the gym feel disorganized
- There is almost always at least one machine out of order
It honestly feels like member safety and maintenance are not a priority here. Having cameras in place doesn’t mean much if incidents aren’t taken seriously or followed up on.
Overall, I’m very disappointed given how long I’ve supported this gym, and I’m seriously reconsidering my membership.
