If I could give them zero stars I would. I have practiced real estate for 15 years and I have never dealt with such an unprofessional property management company! Seriously, watch out for these guys. I signed a lease on a rental house, paid the security deposit and first month rent for at total of $4,500. I got the keys on March 1st and moved in.
After I moved in I found out the hot water heater didn't work, the washer machine doesn't work, the dryer doesn't work and the freezer leaks water all over the kitchen. Then I noticed the carpet in the primary was soaking wet. I have had to take off work to meet contractors at least a dozen times and the only thing that has been fixed in the past month is the hot water heater. I have only been in the house for 5 weeks and still have contractors coming in and out. Nonetheless, I paid April's rent on the first of $2000.
Then on April 2nd, they are telling me I have to move out because the house has a foundation leak and needs major repairs. They gave me 2 weeks to move out, however they still have all the money I paid. I have given this company $6,500 to date and they haven't refunded me a penny. Today is April 9th, I am supposed to be out of the house on the 16th. They won't give me the security deposit back until after I move out, they haven't refunded April's rent and they are saying they are only giving me a partial refund of last month's rent.
How am I supposed to find another rental home, pay another security deposit and first months rent, when they have $6,500 of my money? How am I supposed to move out in the next 7 days? They won't even return my phone call. It's crazy!
Now I have to get my attorney to figure out what is going on because they are too unprofessional to even give me a call. Seriously, this company is horrible to deal with! Stay far away from them and if you have a rental property, DO NOT LET THESE GUYS MANAGE IT!
ALSO, DO NOT EVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY, EVER!!!!

Aloe Management has been very disappointing company during our move out process.
We gave our 30 day vacate notice, at which point they said they would be letting us know when a potential new tenant would want to view the house. Aloe management does not send out a representative with the potential tenant. There have been times when someone is just sitting outside parked at our house wanting to view the house. We let Aloe Management that any Saturday is good for a showing, but once again they never have a representative with the potential tenant, we are alone with the potential tenant. Who does this, we have valuables in the house, so we have to follow them around. We have complained to them and they don't do anything different. The latest thing happened today, thus this review. I woke up to a text that was sent at 10:55 p.m. when we were sleeping. It said the house is scheduled for a showing Tuesday June 15th at 8:00 a.m., I didn't realize the June 15th was today, actually Sunday Fathers Day, because 10 minutes later there was a knock at the door and it was a potential tenant saying that Aloe Management (not the tenant) scheduled the showing at 8:00. The tenant would have preferred a different time, but was only following Aloe Management instructions. What company gives a current tenant 9 hours notice that they have a showing. On Fathers Day of all things. My wife was making pancakes and bacon that burned while she reluctantly showed the house, because the potential new tenant was so nice. So if you ever rent from this company, be ready for a brutal move out process. We have rented for 30 monts and never missed or was late on our monthly renatl payment, and the house looks better than the day we moved in.
