I Made arrangements for them to pick up a forklift and deliver it to my shop. Pick up was arranged for Monday at noon. They were provided with both addresses and a contact number for the pick-up and delivery. At 2 O'clock they still hadn't shown up or called anyone. I called and they denied taking the call. Dispatch supervisor even claimed that they don't book flatbed tows in advance. This was a $500.00 job. I called Myers, they are picking up for me today. Terrible service and the dispatch supervisor is absolutely AWFUL. I will not call them again and I DO NOT recommend them as they wasted my whole day.
