I would give five stars if the hot water heater were consistently reliable. Overall, my experience has been very good. The apartment at 188 Lafayette Street in Paterson, is located in the Riverside/Downtown area of Paterson, a neighborhood with a very walkable environment and convenient access to shops, restaurants, parks, and transit options. It’s also within a reasonable commuting distance to New York City.

The car parking and in‑building laundry facilities are excellent, saving us time and making life easier—especially in winter since the parking lot is well cleared of snow. The online application system for parking permits is efficient, with prompt responses and service the next day.

The only thing I would suggest for improvement is the hot water system in my apartment, which can be unpredictable at times. I recognize that this issue can occur in many apartments in New Jersey, but resolving it would make the living experience even better.
