I cannot thank Kenneth at Apache Sands Towing enough for the kindness and professionalism he showed us during a very difficult time. After my daughter was hit by a drunk driver, the stress and emotions were overwhelming. Kenneth went above and beyond to make the process of retrieving personal belongings from the vehicle as smooth and stress-free as possible. He was not only incredibly helpful but also compassionate and understanding, which made a world of difference in such a tough situation. Lost a days wages because I had to stay in town overnight in order to see the one notary they have to get the title signed over. Soon as I walk in and ask for the notary, the dumb a** who was there yesterday with no apologies or alternative options said, "oh are you in a better mood today?". WORST SERVICE EV-ER! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.
