We recently moved to Brantford and had an extremely disappointing experience at this dental clinic. The staff was condescending and snarky. When I raised concerns, they offered to let me speak with the manager/owner, and the experience only worsened. He was even more dismissive, continuously cutting me off while I tried to communicate. This was, by far, the worst customer service experience we've ever had at a healthcare provider. We left feeling completely disrespected and frustrated. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.
