I was referred to Back on Point by a Medical billing service. I was suppose to be treated by Gregory Stayberg. I arrived approximately twenty minutes early. I filled out a couple forms and waited in the lobby. As I was waiting, I heard a male voice talking to the receptionist the whole time. At approximately 3:15PM, which was the time of my appointment, a female patient walked in. She apologized for being late and said she would wait if she could be squeezed in between patients. Mr. Stayberg told the female patient, "That's okay, I can treat you right now." I waited a few more minutes and decided to ask the receptionist if the man she was talking to was my assigned chiropractor. She said. "yes." I decided to leave to find another chiropractor.
