Very disappointed. I came from Australia and tried this salon on last Tuesday for a simple trim. The stylist seemed inexperienced and hesitant — he only trimmed a little from the bottom and bangs at first and spent most time on washing and blow-drying. After I asked for more layers, he cut through the middle of my hair and completely ruined my previous style. Now it looks uneven and strange. Not worth the high price — I won’t return.
