Testimonial for Blooms Property Management
My husband and I have nothing but high praises for Blooms Property Management. Though we didn’t leave a review earlier—having previously written early reviews, for other places, that we later regretted—we now feel it's only right to share our heartfelt appreciation for the excellent service we received.
When we were in urgent need of a place to live, Blooms Property extended their help and offered us a unit, which we gratefully accepted. Upon moving in, we noticed an issue with the refrigerator. We reported it, and to our delight, the team acted promptly and resolved the matter immediately. Their responsiveness and care left a lasting impression on us.
As our lease at that property came to an end, Kristin expressed how pleased she was with our tenancy and kindly offered to help us secure another home. Though we ultimately did not take the second house offered, we are truly grateful for Kristin’s continued support, kindness, and willingness to assist us once again.
We remain hopeful to work with Blooms again in the future and wholeheartedly recommend them to others. Their professionalism, compassion, and prompt service are commendable.
