This company illegally towed my car from a public carpark. There were no visible signs that parking isn't allowed. The place is deserted and even Apple Maps shows the parking to be available 24/7. My car was towed on Sunday evening at 7:09pm and released the next day at 8:20am, that's 13 hours and 11 minutes storage. They charge you for 2 (!) days. On top of that they charge for the labor, the towing and a credit card fee. It all came to an absurd amount of $ 498,75. I paid because I felt threatened by the employees of this shady company. Needless to say that these people are opportunists that roam the streets looking for deserted vehicles and tow them for an outrageous amount of money. If you try to mail them you get no reply.
