This facility started out a few years back and was run by Trevor. It seems now he has people running the facilty and perhaps the sucess has gone to head. He seems to have forgotten the people that helped him years ago. The staff seem to hide him or protect him from and contact , I don't understand. All I wanted was a phone call or email from Trevor!
My dog couldn't wait to go there. Now she is terrified. We tried the goorming, went well a coulpe of times then she came home with a big hunk of hair missing a patch of hair.

Not really complaint but a concern with this. Dog owners use caution.
