In comparison to Home Depot, their service rates 1 and Home Depot rates a solid 4. Home Depot has lots of knowledgeable staff who work with customers. Returning products is easy at Home Depot. Canadian Tire has signs posted everywhere no receipt no refund. They won't even let you exchange when you can show proof that you purchased the product. It's no wonder that I only go to Canadian Tire as a last option. I have mobility issues and asked if I could use an entrance closer to customer service, I was barked at that I had to use the maze.
