I have never written a bad review in my life but I think the automotive service team at the Medicine Hat location has earned it. I went in to get a headlight fixed in October and they suggested I needed a series of things that needed to be repaired... (which I understand they tend to do this with those who are illiterate in auto mechanics like me). I felt like I could trust them... because they're experts right?! So after a huge bill later (over 2 grand)... I have been left with this horrible flapping noise in the front end of my vehicle. I returned the same day to report this...they test drove it and the tech said he did not hear anything. A week goes by... I returned to this same location under my 100 day warranty, where they charged me for a diagnosis of $30, they did not explain to me what they did, however, it makes me feel like a fool for even paying that. Right now the flapping noise is louder than ever. I have had a few friends look at it and cannot understand what is causing the noise. I feel I reached a dead end with them.

For those taking the time to read this I have contacted the corporate customer experience team at 1-800-387-8803 and now awaiting to hear from a case manager to help me fix this issue at a different location is what I am hoping... Please save your time and money and avoid the sharks at the Medicine Hat location. Here's to hoping they're better at a different location.
