I cannot recommend Terri highly enough. From the very first meeting, it was clear that she has a deep compassion for animals, especially those with unique needs. My cat was extremely anxious around new people, but Terri approached her with such patience and understanding that, over time, they became genuine friends — something I never thought possible.
She has an incredible intuition when it comes to animals, knowing when to give space and when to offer gentle comfort. I always felt completely at ease leaving my cat in her care, knowing she was not only safe but truly cared for.
What I never expected was the emotional support Terri would provide when my cat's health declined. She was there during the most difficult moments — calm, loving, and present — offering both my cat and me comfort and dignity as we said goodbye. I will always be grateful for her steady presence and empathy during that time.
