I have called several times in the past few weeks trying to get assistance with my class credits that I have been unable to use due to the inability to be able to FULLY book my 8 classes per month since I restarted my membership. Have not been able to reach a human during the a.m., afternoon, nor evening since this GM took over...left a message once and someone tried to call me back while I was at work and left no message. Needless to say, I didn't note the ONE return call till much later in the evening.

I called back and got Debbie (an instructor) on the phone. Hallelujah, someone answered and no weird computer tone. She was friendly and helpful, explaining that my purchased class credits were going to expire and she would leave a note for the new GM to move them up the next day so I had an opportunity to use them.

I called the next day around noon after no response from the GM. Once I was on the phone with the new GM, she proceeded to deny every request to move the credits up despite my having tried to reach people for weeks without success. I got excuse after excuse for not moving the credits. MOST of what she said inferred that I just needed "assistance" with booking classes and that CP offers "plenty" of classes throughout the week so perhaps we need to look at MY schedule. (there are not enough classes when the wait list is 15 deep in many cases and there are limited level 1 classes) She was falsely polite with no sincerety in wanting to assist me. Mostly, she was condescending and slapped every request with "policy". I have been a member for a year prior to the surgery and was happy, however, I cannot recommend this Club Pilates with the new management and lack of flexibility. I also will not tolerate being barely tolerated during a phone call with the person who should have every customers best interest at heart.

Nneka Kpaduwa is obtuse and insincere and hid behind a "professional" demeanor that is only skin deep. She went out of her way to try to sell a bigger membership to mcan you just move the credits?" Why would I do that when I cannot get into the classes i bought that I want to take but have not been able to book. Furthermore, I cannot take anything but a level 1 reformer class or center and balance because my rotator cuff snapped in a control class that I was not ready for. So I am not going to risk my health again taking classes I am not ready for. I work full time and and schedule according to my full time job. Her insinuation was that I just need to somehow be more committed. Inflexible is the best word to describe her demeanor. She didn't care about the troubles I cited.
BTW - after our call and going round and round and the insulting behavior, I said something akin to "damnit - just move the credits and let me book my classes....." she hung up on me acting as if she were being verbally abused and then emailed me (passive aggressive much?) to cancel my membership citing that it was best if the membership was cancelled. HONEY, I could not have been happier because this woman is astonishingly disrespectful. Literally, its a WIN for me because there is NO way I am giving them 200 per month for the minimum amount of classes to be abused so unnecessarily. Learn to diffuse Nneka Kpaduwa, not abuse.
