Rights out of the gates, after a deposit was made the price changed. Owner said it was my fault, son later admitted his mistake. The door is nice, seems loud though for a belt drive system in my opinion. Install was the worst part of my customer journey. Major scratch left on my new garage fridge and stains on the garage floor. When the installers were questioned about it, they simply played dumb. Just a conversation in a language I do not understand between son and team. No apology, no accountability. Owner was out of town, said he would deal with it when he returns Wednesday. That was now 5 days ago and nothing but crickets. Two neighbors in the market asked me if I could refer them. I could not.
