“This is by far the WORST customer service I have ever experienced at a body shop.

The staff were shockingly rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. They acted as if answering a simple question was a burden, and at no point did they bother to explain the repair process or give me a clear timeline. From day one, I felt like they couldn’t care less about me as a customer.

To make matters worse, I suddenly received a message out of nowhere saying my car was ready — but when I arrived, it was obvious the work was rushed and unfinished. The finishing was sloppy, the quality was unacceptable, and I was forced to sit there for OVER AN HOUR while they scrambled to fix what they should have done right the first time.

Even after all that wasted time, the car still wasn’t fixed properly. They wasted my time, took my money, and treated me with zero respect.

This shop is a complete disgrace. If you value your time, money, or even just basic human decency, stay far away from this place.”
