Based on our 7 year relationship and over $50,000 in dental expenses. WE are so disappointed and downright angry based on 10-16-25 visit for my husband's 2 loose crowns within 4 months and my loose frontal crowns done 2019(if done properly normal crowns 10-15 years), no accountability for workmanship, wanted to charge over $11,000 and major surgery to repair HIS work, no consultation, no options. attempted to bum rush a commitment, attempted to sign me up for a credit card, attempted to keep me seated for a mold to which I refused and left. In the interim I obtained 2 dental expert consultations for options other than the one (1) I received from DAofA, without mentioning their name, out of respect, none of which was given us!!! Thanking God I found a dentist that listened to my unique circumstances (which DAofA was aware 7 years ago)and came up with a less evasive option, less downtime commitment compared to 1 year with AD0fA and over $8,000.00 difference to rectify/repair DAofA's dental work.
Returned to ADofA sat with Connie(Mgr) spoke to her respectfully of my concerns and findings, to a deadpan unapologetic, unempathetic, deadpan face, left her my handwritten notes, told her they should be ashamed of themselves, their greed , poor workmanship, how can they look themselves in the mirror with their used car sales tactics and most of all underestimating ME and GOD DON'T LIKE UGLY!! I paid my final bill, left her a copy of EOB from Delta Dental to receive a zero balance statement to conclude our relationship......she could not do so at that time as she hadn't received their check dated 10/29/25,,,,,,Duh! That's between her and DD, not me! I didn't want to blow so I asked her to mail it to me,,,,I,she did NOT, I had to return 11/13/25 to pick it up and to my chagrin Dr Lee saw me and smiled and waved and I just stared at him disgusted. obviously, Connie did NOT inform him that he lost 2 cash cow patients! Please get a 2nd opinion, they're expensive and workmanship substandard. In conclusion, Connie you should've followed up and mailed out my statement, that was the last straw, you are the trifling 2-faced manager I thought you were and dealt with you only because we thought, at that time, Dr, Lee was good, NOT, time told on him!!
