Tire rotation was listed on my invoice, but clearly never done. Less than 48 hours later, I got a low-pressure alert on the same front passenger tire that should’ve been moved. It makes me question if the full synthetic oil I paid for was even used.
I called the next day to update my name, and the corrected invoice still listed unperformed services. No response to my follow-up—just a promo asking me to join their rewards program.
To be clear, Jeff at the front desk was great—courteous and professional. But this kind of corner-cutting makes it hard to trust the shop overall. I was planning to return monthly as a rideshare driver, but now I’ll be going elsewhere.
