Id like to start off that dogtopia normally has excellent customer service but lately it's been trash so today I'm picking up my dog from the downtown location on 5/18/25 and as I'm walking in A kid who I've had a number of conversations with named Chris is arguing up front and telling a man to ask about him and called himself "smoke"it is very upsetting and disturbing to bring that kind of drama to the work place that causes for termination in any other corporate facility. On another occasion I witness him grab a coworkers rear end it's none of my business or concern it's just not appropriate in the work bizz. And when I watch the camera he's ALWAYS ON HIS PHONE dogtopia of dt Fort Lauderdale please do something about this I will no longer be bringing my dog
