The worst landlord I have ever had. When Doorby took over the rent went up twice in the first year.

I had 3 water leaks and they just charged me $350 for cleaning, scrubbing walls beyond normal wear and tear for a leak caused by their water heater in the hallway. It took them over a week to fix it. It is not my fault their water heaters are crap!

They also charged me junk removal and there was nothing there for $200. They wanted to get all my security deposit of $1700 so made up these false charges. Their total charges was $1639.00. They are crooks and please do not rent from them. Disgusting Managers!
