I had a very disappointing experience at East Mahogany Dental today. This clinic is extremely overhyped, and unfortunately the service did not match the expectations. Technology-wise, they seem far behind—staff were unable to use their system to connect with my insurance provider to verify eligibility, which caused unnecessary delays and frustration.
What made the situation worse was the attitude of the manager, who showed no empathy and came across as very bossy rather than helpful. It’s the kind of interaction that makes an already stressful situation even more unpleasant.
The only positive part of my visit was the receptionist, Andrea. She was friendly, patient, and professional throughout the entire experience, and I genuinely appreciated her customer service.
Overall, this visit left me extremely dissatisfied, and I hope the clinic takes steps to improve both their technology and their approach to patient care.
