They are always professional, fast service and complete the work requested without ups selling. Thank you Rudy.
BEWARE!! I had my 4 tires mounted on the rims at the Dundas and Dixie location. They asked me to come back after one hour. When I came back after an hour they make me waited another hour to get the tires, that was last hour before closing. When checked found one rim severely damaged (These rims were just repaired and freshly painted)
When called them and complained to manager, who was very unprofessional and rude. Said he can’t do anything, finally reluctantly agreed to refund the amount I paid but would not repair my rim. All I asked to unmount the tire from rim, I will repair and paint and requested to mount the tire back to the rim. He just said quote “I am not touching your tire.
No wounder why so many bad google reviews for them
When I said if they don’t repair my rim, I will retract my google review left earlier and leave another negetive review and go to their workshop and let other customers know what they did, the manager tried to bully me, saying he will call police that I made a threat. He was Totally rude.
These people should be regulated before they touch customers expensive cars.
Honestly they should compensate customers for their carelessness that caused damage on the rim in 6 spots to be exact.
It's not right that they walk away with no consequence to their action... and possibly they should be checking their technicians ability to perform any repairs to customers expensive cars.
I will tell anyone who will listen this story- totally unacceptable!
