One of the worst experiences I have ever had leasing a property. I had high hopes with all the good reviews. That was not the case.
El Paso Rentals, its employees, and the landlord made sure I never felt, heard, safe, or secure working with them or living in this property. I never could relax or feel at home because of the immense stress and frustration dealing with these types of scammers. They were always looking for a reason to charge me for anything.
Being ignored, given untrue information, charged without proof or cause or documentation. I was always talking in circles, being lied to or totally ignored.
The managers NEVER resolved any of the issues I brought to them.
Would NOT work with El Paso Rentals, Raul, Ramon, Melissa ever again.
I Do NOT recommend.
Actively, warm people to stay away from them and this business.
