We recommend Eliana's if you are fluent in Portuguese. The teams work very hard, are conscientious, capable and courteous, and move quickly. The problem we had was communication. The teams cannot take time to get necessary instructions and the language barrier meant that information does not get through. This resulted i 2 problems. When I tried to explain the problem, the owner turned it back on me as someone who couldn't be pleased. So you'll get a clean house, but if there is any issue, don't expect it to be understood or addressed. And expect that what you say in English will come through as something else entirely in Portuguese.
