I scheduled for a spay, dobi. She needed a blood clotting test, failed it. $15.
They tested under anesthesia?
No nail trim.
Heartworm blood test, negative. $20
Ears were checked and one ear needed wash and med, 2x prescriptions give (and taken back)
Rabies $17
Dap/dhpp $17
X2 tablets of heart &worm med because they didn’t have past 100 lbs (115)
I asked for financial help, I’m retired and low income. Two clerks came by me, took all meds out of my purse, leading me to believe it was going to be put in a paper bag. Not.
The desk clerk asked if I could pay $129. I offered to pay difference at a later date. No answer.
Dummy me still is wondering about wormers? Well that too was a no go.
So tell me, how much should I of really paid?
I read, after coming home, that blood tests did not need to be done under anesthesia.
