I HAD AN AC AND FURNACES PUT IN THE OTHER DAY, DARRIN SET THE APPOINTMENT AND DID HIS BEST FOR ME. I LIKE TO SAY THANK YOU TO HIM, ALSO ERICE AND HIS ASSINANT CAME TO INSTALL IT. THEY DID AMAZING JOB TOO. CLEAN EVERYTHING AND REMOVED THE OLD FURNACE'S TO, THANK YOU.

Abbas and Desmond came to install a new water heater. Very nice gentlemen. They came in, went to the basement, explained what they were doing (eg turning water off) and within no time old water heater was removed, water turned back on and they were finished. Took their red carpets and were on their way.

Yesterday we had a maintenance visit from Justin M. He was right on the scheduled time and completed the inspection in rapid time. Justin was friendly and efficient and pointed out some weak points in the system for me to keep an eye on in the future. Thank you Justin. Keep up the good work!

Our 18-year-old furnace and airconditioning system were having issues. Justin M. did a thorough inspection and gave us the unfortunate news and price for a temporary repair, given the age. He then gave us excellent recommendations for solving the problem with a new furnace and heat pump. He contacted the office and arranged for a sales rep to visit us the next day with more information so that we could make a no-pressure informed decision. Installation was completed two days later. Thank you, Enercare, for your prompt assistance and patient explanations.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!

BUYER BEWARE

I had a Technician come to fix my hot water tank!

The guy was an asshole!

Not only did he not fix the problem, he's yelling at me that he is fixing my hot water tank and not to stand over him!

I tell him not to yell at me, that this is my home and I have every right to stand there and watch what he's doing and that I'm not standing over him, I'm standing 4 feet away form him!

He doesn't fix the problem, and leaves my condo.

I call Enercare and file a complaint, I 'm told I will get a reply back in 1 -2 business days!

I don't get a call back, so 3 days later I call again and I am told I will get a reply by end of business day!

I don't get a call back!

I call again the next day and after being put on hold numerous times and bounced around, I am told that the field manager for the POS technician has resolved the issue.

The resolution!

That I was rude and abusive to the technician and that Enercare will no longer service my hot water tank!
