Owners, run far and fast. It is an investment scam in my personal experience. Considering my experience, I personally believe all the positive reviews are fake. The business owner takes no accountability and attacks or blames the bad reviews or pretends they have the wrong business - wow John, all the energy invested in fighting off your bad reviews, could have gone to making your business models work. They defrauded me out of money and the properties sat vacant for a very long time. The property manager ghosted me. Turns out, they did not even answer nor do any showings to get tenants. Just sitting there empty, charging me all these fees. They put code on my doors for "remote" showings, which is absolutely terrifying. Why give total strangers a door code to look at your house, then no one is there to check on the house after the showing to make sure it is ok (lights off, doors locked from vandals or squatters, water not running or flooding, etc.) They tried to do property management remotely with me. I did not find out until after I signed with them. Which is the opposite of what I want. I pay you a fee for hands on management to look after the property. If you want to make money passively, go invest and stop managing property.
