I had a very disturbing experience at Excel Dental.
One of the fillings done by Dr. Lee (the daughter) cracked shortly after treatment, and when I returned, Dr. Pan (the mother) told me “you never had a filling” until the X-ray proved otherwise. Extremely unprofessional.

They also gave contradicting information about my insurance claim. Another dentist confirmed the cracked tooth was already submitted to insurance, but Dr. Pan denied it and said the other clinic “made it up.” The next day, her daughter admitted the claim was submitted and offered a refund.

No responsibility, no clear explanation, no apology at all.
I would strongly recommend choosing another dental clinic.
