I cannot speak highly enough about First Choice Auto in Garland, Texas. After dealing with two weeks of frustration, poor communication, and zero progress at another repair shop, I made the decision to tow my vehicle to First Choice Auto—and I truly wish it had been my first choice from the beginning.
From the moment I connected with Mike, the experience was completely different. He was communicative, professional, and proactive. Before my vehicle even arrived, Mike asked for the VIN number and details of the issue so he could begin sourcing parts immediately. He even sent photos of the front of the shop to ensure a smooth drop-off for the tow truck driver—above and beyond!
Once my vehicle arrived on Saturday, I was shocked (and beyond pleased) when Mike had it ready for pickup by Tuesday. He provided a thorough, itemized breakdown of the work repaired and needed, including photos of the parts repaired—something I’ve never experienced with any other auto repair shop.
Mike was recommended to me by a trusted friend, and now I see why. He is fair, honest, trustworthy, and incredibly transparent—qualities that are especially valued by female customers like myself. He made what could have been another stressful situation feel like a breeze.
