Don't come here if you don't have an insurance claim. I've had two experiences with this body shop. First one was great (insurance claim) got an estimate, got my truck in, work was done great, great experience. Second one was complete HOT GARBAGE, can't get a price to fix truck the second time (not an insurance claim) the guy behind the counter told me on my third trip to his shop I needed an appointment to get a price which is what I had the first trip I made the second time around. Had an appointment but his computer crashed which somehow turned into my problem, he asked me to come back. Second trip, second time around (with no appointment mind you) he walked out with his phone took pics and said he'd call let me know, never did. Come to find out he lost the photos or my number or something. Came back a third time, second go around, was told AGAIN I needed an appointment, he couldn't just give me an estimate because he had 2 in front of him and apparently 3 is just too many. I don't recommend Floyd for customer service reasons the man behind the counter doesn't understand that those 2 words mean, but they did great body work, I'd give a 1 star if it wasn't for the first experience. I'd gladly pay someone else twice as much if I can better service than this, which is what I'll be doing.
