When I started going to Focus approximately 18 years ago, I was on 10 medications and very unhealthy. With the guidance from Drs. Zsolt and Robyn in 2012, I started coming off my meds which took one year. I attended many workshops and during that time changed my nutrition as well as quitting smoking. Today I do not ever take over the counter medication. I am 77 years old and feel like 45. My whole life has taken a totally different direction and I couldn't be more thankful. I will be part of the Focus family for the rest of my life
