I am so upset with them. I go in, the procedure is ok. However, one of the spots is ON TOP OF A NERVE ENDING. Extreme pain, unable to work or use a computer, no medication offered and the pain is too intense for Tylenol. So they don't care about your physical pain, or your ability to work. I ask the staff about what number to expect in my caller ID. They say it will come up as "Forefront Dermatology" or a Wisconsin number. I asked because of how many spam calls I get. They are also closed on Fridays.

They call yesterday. Because it was a rando #, did not pick up. Now I have to wait till Monday, in pain, for cancer results. No other Forefront office has access to these results. No other Forefront office can help me. How dare they (a) perform a painful procedure without giving me relevant painkillers, (b) lie to me about how they would contact me, (c) refuse to hand over the results for 4 days. This is awful, and I won't be going back once I get those results.
