We have been with Cristen since she was at Doggone Pretty. We have very much enjoyed how much she cares for her customers. Have nothing but good to say about the service and staff. Recently we have parted ways due to some medical issues with our little boy and will sorely miss Foxy Locks. I just wanted to say thank you for the many years of great service and to say goodbye.

Very passive aggressive office staff. When I text in my appointment request form to the number they said to send it to on their form . I received back a bunch of screen shots with the this number is for outgoing messages only circled in red. When I resent the form and again pointed out the number on their own form they went silent, refused to make an appointment for either of my dogs. Beware if they treat paying customers like this what do they do with the dogs behind the scenes? Afterall nobody is allowed in there to see what they do,
