Harassment, threats of violence, stalking, hate speech, poisoning, drug use & sales, vandalism, gun threats and physical assault—tenants at a Harbor Property Management (HPM) location have endured this.

A disabled tenant begged for help. Residents lived in fear. Hate speech continued for years. Threats turned into assault. Innocent people endured serious harm. This is what tenants experienced under Harbor Property Management.

A man was harassing tenants BEFORE I moved in and little was done. He would verbally and physically attack me.
