The worst experience I have ever had in my life, with it I emphasize the customer service on the part of Angelica, the owner of the place, and her employee Yhoan. My experience with the place was very unsatisfactory, I left my car to polish the oldometer “the glass part” and Yhoan ended up damaging the visor and along with it the glass. For her part, Miss Angelica did not take action on the matter, I tried to reach an agreement so that the parts were replaced and installed but with Honda Since with that incident I did not feel safe to have the damaged parts replaced. Angelica, for her part, promised to send me the amount owed to the solitude that her employee damaged, money which she never sent to me nor did I receive. My car barely had 600 miles, a completely new car... on my part for making and demanding the claim for the new parts and installation labor, he called me rude, I clarify that I paid for these parts and installation, I sent him the invoices and his response was I will send you the money when I can. My question for the audience, do you think this is professional for a “body shop”?😭😢
