Hometime is incompetent, and they don't care. They treat tenants like cattle, they lie about completion dates for critical repairs. They don't keep their advertised business hours. Their after hours emergency people (working during regular business hours) won't do anything. Hometime won't stay in touch with you, and it's a bloody saga for you to get hold of the person responible for your issue, and then they won't tell you anything. If you're a tenant, and they've blocked your car so that you can't go to work, and you force the issue in an effort to go to work, THEY MIGHT PUSH YOU DOWN A FLIGHT OF STAIRS, they have so little regard for tenants. It has to be the case that someone high-up at Hometime is a full-blown psychopath.

Awful, absolutely awful.
Extremely unprofessional, ignorant and inconsiderate.
They fail to respond to text messages. Fail to give proper notice to come into your apartment. They come into your apartment constantly, you’ll receive letters of “Inspection” “Check repairs” “Check Firealarms” “Firedrill”. They will publicly embarrass you, i have seen notices taped right on apartment doors for everyone to see.

I do not, and would not tell anyone to rent from this company. One star this company doesn’t even deserve.
