Horrible service. After they took over our condo association, the nightmare began. They started to hire maintenance crew to do repairs on condos without permission. They did not have our authorization as the repair has already been completed with a private company, yet they still went ahead and ordered the repair to charge you back no matter what. They have no clue how to change the buzzer phone number. It took them 3 months to finally figure it out. They do not respond to emails, as it's impossible to get a hold of them over the phone. Absolute terrible company to have manage your building! Bring our old property managers back!
