Francisco J Garcia is a SCAMMER!!!!!! He owes me $8800 and my sister $1900!!! He had a judgment against him last year and will have a civil suit filed against him!!!! He is dishonest and acts to be such a different personna.....he claims to attend bible study every Wednesday night. DO NOT HIRE HIM!!!! Lawsuits are pubic record!! And judgments are good for 10 years!!!!
