First of all I never do an extension on my taxes. These people did my taxes for year 2023 charged me a lot of money only to make up excuses about having to do an extension when I delivered my taxes early to them all organized and in an excel sheet. Doing an extension is at my expense. Then they did not even tell me the breakdown of the whole amount owed. They sugar coated or lied to me and told me only one amount and it was a segment of payments totally way more than I had been told. They also told me I was getting a refund from adjacent state nothing came. I almost hired them this year for 2024. Thank god I did not. Again they put me on the back burner and wanted to file an extension I went livid and fired them. Thank god. Now, I have an excellent tax preparer knows what he is doing. Integrated has either, to many hands in the same pot or they simply dont know how to explain things. I understand numbers perfectly but they did not take the time to show me the breakdown the payments schedule. The entire year I thought it was only one payment. I am new at the whole extension thing I kept telling them this. They did not care. They lied. Poor management. Dont go there if you do know any better. Its in arm and a leg they charge only to leave you in the dark and cold!
