I got Jesse to install 2 new stainless mufflers and he charged me triple what they are actually worth installed and have to replace already as they were garbage I recommend minute muffler in ptbo , extremely disappointed
I'm new to Peterborough Ont. J&M Auto in Peterborough Ont came highly recommended by some family members and friends and now I know why.
We own a Mercedes C300 4matic.
We broke a strut on these horrible roads in Peterborough. It took several attempts to find the appropriate after market strut that would fit properly. Jesse and Caine were patient and positive throughout the entire process. They explained things thoroughly every step along the way. Not once did they try to up-sell me or suggest we were causing things to mess up in anyway. It has been the best automotive repair experience of my life, and at age 65 I've had some experiences with auto shops. I now have two additional vehicles being serviced at J&M Auto regularly as well as several other family member vehicles. They're knowledgeable in repairing all makes and models and, most importantly, they are very trustworthy and reliable. It's the first time in a long while I've felt like a valued customer anywhere and Caine and Jesse at J&M Automotive absolutely nailed it!
