We hired Jon with JMK custom tile in late August to renovate our shower based on a recommendation of a family member of his. He completed about 90% of the work, and we paid him the full amount in cash after he assured us he would return the following week to finish.
Obviously this was unwise, but felt due to him being family of friend, that it would be an issue.
Unfortunately, he stopped responding to our calls and messages and has yet to complete the job.
The shower is still unusable, and we've been left with no resolution. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. I cannot recommend Jon with JMK custom tile due to his lack of professionalism and failure to follow through on commitments.
