I don't usually write negative reviews. With that said, let me start by saying that Dr. Tauscher is great. I have been seeing her for several years now. It is their billing department that leaves much to be desired. My wife tried to reschedule an appointment but, of course, no one ever answers the phone. Even when someone does answer the phone, they can't help with scheduling and say that they will have to talk to the scheduler. If you look at other reviews here and elsewhere, clearly, this happens a lot there. She had to leave a message but then, of course, they call her back when she is in the car with a colleague on her way to a business meeting. She tries to get the appointment scheduled and then asks, can you please send me a text as a reminder. They do but the text is sent the day before the appointment and she already had more business meetings scheduled that she could not reschedule. Now, we have a "1st offense of no show or late cancellation" with a $25.00 fee. Wow - where to start. Perhaps with the language of "offense" or the inability of the scheduling staff to actually work with people. My guess is that they are understaffed and there is probably one poor person who has been saddled with trying to handle everything. By all accounts, the doctors are great but the operation needs work.
