DO NOT EVER do business with them at ALL COST!!!!!!! I was going to report them to the BBB; however, I found out online later that they are not affiliated with the BBB; how trustworthy is this company, to be honest!!!!!!!! The mechanic who is working on my car cracked the windshield under their care and would not pay me (back) for the damages. Under their care, the mechanic parked my car illegally on the side of the road resulting in 3 parking violation tickets charged to me and the mechanic would not pay me back a dime. He was basically robbing my money for this. I have been calling & texting the mechanic repeatedly, and each time he was not taking my calls (no voicemail set up) and failed to return my messages and calls, and always has an excuse(s) for not paying me. It took him ridiculously long time to fix my car, 2 and a half months!!!!!! and each time there are excuses/reasons. One time, I even called the shop and asked to speak to the mechanic, the person answered the phone told me that the mechanic was fired but he was still working on my car. I asked the mechanic for the repair list multiple times, never give that to me (always affirmed that he would but never give that to me). Always has false promises and expectations. If there was a "0" rating, | would for sure give that!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so freaking pissed right off!!!!!! The mechanic would not accept e-transfer just CASH for the payments. Whether if they did all the necessary repairs that I requested of them is a question?? I have a CEL came on after I got the car back that light was not on before the repair. They are just MONEY GRABBER!!!!!!!!!! I feel that I am being a victim of scam & fraud and that I have learnt an extremely valuable lesson!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
