Brought my Honda Civic in due to a Check Engine Emissions light, and I brought in the code number. They had to "keep the car all day" - customary for this business!? When I came to pick up the car I was told they "spent 3 hours looking for the problem, but found nothing. But if it comes on again, bring it in and we won't charge you." That cost $237... for nothing. One month later, the same light went on, had the same code. Was told by service desk, who remembered my car, that it, "Would cost parts & labor." So I'm paying TWICE for the same problem. DON'T BRING YOUR CAR HERE IF YOU'RE AN OLDER WOMAN.
