Review for Lincoln Avenue Cat & Dog Hospital - From Sal, Maria and Gunther
I recently took my dog, Gunther, to Lincoln Avenue Cat & Dog Hospital in Fair Lawn, NJ, for an ultrasound of his abdomen and blood work to rule out a disease. Dr. Akbawy was incredibly thorough, explaining the potential causes of Gunther's elevated liver enzymes and suggesting additional testing.
The receptionist, Debbie, and Marcy, the technician, were very helpful when I called to make an appointment. Debbie explained the cost and how to proceed with bringing Gunther in to get started. I found the cost of the services to be very reasonable and affordable compared to other pet hospitals I called.
Tom, the Tech Assistant, was very helpful in taking Gunther to the medical office and making him comfortable until his procedures started.
Michelle, the head technician, took Gunther's blood work to rule out a disease. This procedure took all day. She was very nice and explained step by step what needed to be done.
After everything was completed, I spoke with Dr. Akbawy again, who made us feel very comfortable and even made us laugh. He went over what he found and made some good suggestions.
Overall, I had a great experience with the staff at Lincoln Avenue Cat & Dog Hospital. Everyone there made us feel as if we had known each other for a long time; my pet was their pet. Their professionalism and care made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I highly recommend them for anyone needing veterinary services.
