My experience at this body shop has been nothing less than amazing.
I first met Laydem when my mom’s vehicle was hit. The insurance company listed LM Collision as one of the recommended shops based on our zip code. The shop had good reviews, so we decided to give them a try. The work was completed promptly, and the repairs were excellent.
Later, we returned with an issue involving the door handle. Lexus had quoted us $1,200 for the repair, which seemed excessive. I remembered LM and brought the car back to them. Laydem remembered both me and my mom and was genuinely appreciative that we returned. LM completed the repair for under $300!
More recently, I had a minor accident with my own car, and without hesitation, I went back to LM. Just like before, the work was completed quickly and to my full satisfaction.
Unfortunately, it's easy for a woman to feel taken advantage of when walking into a body shop without knowledge of parts or labor costs. I’m happy to say this is one of the rare exceptions. I trust LM completely and would recommend them with my eyes closed.
